3 steps to determining the correct number of lashing straps

  • Determine the angle using the built-in protractor
  • Determine the coefficient of sliding friction
  • Set the load weight

Coefficient of sliding friction:

The higher the coefficient of sliding friction, the fewer lashing straps are required. Using a non-slip mat reduces the number of lashing straps required significantly.
